OUR PROCESS
Step 1
INITIAL CONVERSATION
Start your journey with a no-obligation 15 minute Discovery Call. This is your chance to ask questions, share a bit about your situation, and get a feel for how we work. We’ll chat through whether we’re the right fit and what the next steps would look like for you.
Step 2
CLIENT MEETING
At our initial meeting we will chat through your financial goals in the context of your family or business. We will then dive into your current financial position including income, assets, liabilities and expenses so we can more accurately assess your capacity. We are open to doing meetings in person in Hawke’s Bay or alternatively video if you live outside of the region.
Step 3
RESEARCH
After our initial meeting we will research the most competitive and suitable lending providers for your particular situation and goals. Our research ensures we create a tailored solution for your family or business that aligns not only with your goals but also your values.
Step 4
RECOMMENDATIONS AND ADVICE
We will arrange a second meeting to discuss our recommendations and reasons behind them. We chat through the strategy behind our thinking and explain the next steps to execute the plan.
Step 5
GUIDANCE THROUGH
APPLICATION AND SETTLEMENT
Once you have selected your game plan. We will collect the relevant supporting documentation and take care of the application process from initial submission right through to settlement. We make this as easy and seamless as possible so you can get back to doing what you love.
Step 6
POST SETTLEMENT CARE AND CHECK INS
Consider us your like your personal bankers! We are here to partner with you on your financial journey and depending on your goals will set up regular check-ins. At a bare minimum all clients will be given the opportunity for an annual review however we know that one size does not fit all so we will arrange a frequency that aligns with your goals.
